Idle Hand is a custom tattoo studio located in the Lower Haight. It was created by TJ ernandez in early 2004. Holly joined the shop a few months later and the roster of rtists grew from there. In 2007 Holly took over as the new owner With 7 artists there is a wide range of styles to choose from.
