Make sure the room youre in is sanitary and smells clean. If you have any doubts, you should leave right away and find a cleaner place. 2. It is quite a lot of work to take care of a piercing. You must clean it 35 times daily. I cannot stress this enough It is extremely important that you follow your piercers aftercare instructions Your piercing might get infected if you neglect to clean it. 3. Dont get it if you have Diabetes, Haemophilia, or Keloids. 4. Dont get it if you have low tolerance for pain or if you have a phobia of needles. You might faint 5. It takes about 39 months for a navel piercing to heal. During this time, you must be careful and clean it regularly.
